Dr. Bryan M. Cornwall Founder: Dr. Cornwall is recognized for his complex diagnostic and surgical skills. Prior to opening his hospital in 1992, Dr. Cornwall practiced at other Detroit area veterinary and emergency centers. He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989, where he received awards for excellence in clinical and surgical skills. Dr. Cornwall also received the Ziegler Caring Award as selected by his classmates. He is an active member in the Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association. Dr. Cornwall is married, has two daughters and five cats. |

Dr. Casey (Bolten) Kersten Veterinarian: Dr. Casey (Bolten) Kersten, a native of Clarkston , Michigan , received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from MSU in 2011. Dr. Casey (Bolten) Kersten has a strong interest in veterinary dentistry and has completed several externships around the country working with specialists in veterinary dentistry. Dr. Casey (Bolten) Kersten also has an interest in surgery and is a founding board member of the Student Association of Veterinary Surgery. She has always been an active member in the community and is very excited to return to her home town. Dr. Kersten is married to Dr. Andy Kersten and enjoys spending time with Hudson, her Great Dane. Advanced PetCare of Oakland is very excited to add Dr. (Bolten) Kersten to its health care team. |
